Getting Started
How do I create my first report card?
- Go to the Data tab and enter student information
- Add subject headers and marks in the spreadsheet
- Switch to the Design tab to customize the appearance
- Preview your cards in the Preview tab
- Export as PDF from the Export tab
How do I import data from Excel?
In the Data tab, click "Import from Excel" and select your .xlsx file. Make sure your Excel file has:
- First row: Headers (ID, Roll No, Name, F.Name/Parent, Class, Subject1, Subject2, etc.)
- Following rows: Student data with marks for each subject
Where is my data stored?
Your student data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose cloud storage options. This ensures maximum privacy.
Common Issues
My data disappeared after clearing browser
Data stored in localStorage is deleted when you clear browser data. To prevent data loss:
- Export your data regularly from the Data tab
- Keep a backup Excel file of your student data
- Don't clear browser data if you have unsaved work
Logo or signature not showing in PDF
Ensure that:
- Image files are in JPG, PNG, or SVG format
- File size is under 5MB
- Images are not corrupted or password-protected
- You've positioned the logo/signature within the card boundaries
Can't sign in / Authentication error
Make sure you're using a Google account. If you're still having issues:
- Clear browser cookies and cache
- Try signing in with a different browser
- Check if third-party cookies are enabled
- Disable browser extensions that might block authentication

📊 Grading System
In the Settings tab, you can customize grading criteria. Define percentage ranges for each grade (A+, A, B, C, etc.). The system automatically calculates grades based on your criteria.
🎨 Design Customization
Upload school logo, add teacher and headteacher signatures, customize school name and report title. Use drag-and-drop to position logos and signatures anywhere on the card.
📱 Mobile Data Entry
The spreadsheet interface works on mobile devices. Tap cells to edit and enter student data.
💾 PDF Export
Export your report cards as PDF. Download a single PDF file containing all student report cards for easy printing and distribution.

How does the pricing work?
We offer simple subscription-based pricing:
- FREE Plan: 100 report cards per month
- MONTHLY Plan: Unlimited report cards
- YEARLY Plan: Unlimited report cards with discount
Visit the Pricing tab in the app for current rates.
What happens when my subscription ends?
When your paid subscription ends, you'll automatically be moved to the FREE plan with 100 cards per month. Your data and settings are preserved. You can resubscribe anytime to regain unlimited access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use secure third-party payment processors. Accepted methods include debit cards, credit cards, and bank account transfers.
