Account information: Email address and name via Google authentication. Collected only where an account is created.
Visitors without an account: Parts of the Service, including the timetable and teacher substitution tools, may be used without signing in. No account information is collected from these visitors. Cookies and analytics data described in Section 6 are collected from all visitors.
Student and timetable data: Student information, academic data, and timetable data are stored locally in user browser only. This data is not transmitted to or stored on servers.
Usage information: Service may collect login activity, subscription status, and report generation counts.
Payment information: Processed via third-party payment processors. Transaction records may be retained for billing and tax purposes.
3. Use of Information
Information used for: Service delivery, authentication, billing, communication, analytics, security, legal compliance.
4. Data Handling
Student information, academic data, and timetable data stored locally in user browser only and not transmitted to or stored on servers. User account information and payment records stored securely using industry-standard security measures. Personal information not sold, traded, or rented to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers assisting in service operation, legal authorities when required by law, for protection of rights or safety, or in connection with business transfers including mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales. Account data retained while account remains active. Inactive accounts may be deleted at any time. Payment and transaction records may be retained as required for legal, tax, and regulatory purposes. Data retention periods determined based on business needs and legal requirements.
5. Children's Privacy
Service intended for users aged 18 or older. Personal information from children under 13 not knowingly collected.
Student data (including minors) may be entered by authorized users. Data stored locally in user browser under control of educational institution or teacher.
6. Cookies and Analytics
The Service uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Service is used. These run on all pages, including pages that do not require an account, such as the timetable and teacher substitution tools.
Cookies: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (including cookies named _ga and _ga_<container>) in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure sessions. These cookies do not contain your name, email address, student data, or timetable data.
Data collected: Pages visited, approximate location derived at country or city level, browser and device type, and referring source. Google Analytics 4 masks IP addresses on collection and does not store them.
Google acts as a service provider processing this information on our behalf. We do not sell, trade, or rent this information.
Your choices: You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The Service remains functional with cookies disabled.
