Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. International Customers (Outside Pakistan)

For international orders, payment processing is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all international orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns. A 30-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

2. Pakistan Customers

Sales are generally final. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion for verified technical errors or service failures. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address and payment reference. We will review your request and respond promptly.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Subscription Expiry

Subscriptions are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. Access continues until the end of the purchased period with no further action required.
